How do I register?
Registration is easy and quick. When you open the app, you’ll be prompted to register before you can make a referral. We only need a few details from you including your bank details (so we can pay you) and also for you to agree to our self-billing agreement.
What is self-billing?
This is an arrangement between you (the supplier of referrals) and us (the customer, receiver of your referrals) where both parties are VAT registered. To find out more about self-billing, visit the gov.uk website, and search: self billing.
How do I refer someone?
Making a referral couldn’t be easier. Simply click Book an appointment on the homepage of the app and you’ll then be guided through the process of booking an appointment with us. Please always make sure that you have the referral’s permission before booking an appointment with us.
What happens after I refer someone?
Once you’ve referred someone, we’ll be in touch each step of the way to let you know how it’s progressing. If your referral chooses to buy their boiler from us, we’ll pay you £100[37] once it’s installed.
How will you pay me?
If your referral chooses to buy a boiler from us we’ll pay you direct into your bank account using the details you’ve given us, after the installation is completed.
